How do I purchase something online to pick up in my local store?
To make a purchase online and pick up your order in your local store, follow these steps:
Enable shop by store: Click the toggle button to turn on the "Shop By Store" feature.
Pick a store location: Search your location to choose your store and shop for items available at that location.
*Please note: If no items show up, your store may not be open, or select products may not be available.Proceed to checkout: Add the item to your bag and complete your order.
Pick up your order: After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. You will receive another email once your order is ready for pickup at your local store. Bring the confirmation email and your ID to pick up your purchase.
If I am shopping on the JD Sports website or app, can I shop for in store pick up from my local Finish Line store?
Yes! When shopping online on either JDSports.com or FinishLine.com or on either app, you will be able to select the JD or Finish Line store of your choice to shop from. Note: You may only shop from one JD Sports or Finish Line store per order.
What forms of payment can I use for a buy online, pick up in store order?
You can use any payment method we accept for online orders. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm, and JD Sports gift cards as payment methods.
When will my payment method be charged for the order?
You will be charged for the order upon completing checkout. If you fail to pick up the order or the order is cancelled for any other reason, you will be refunded to your original payment method.
How long do I have to pick up my order?
To avoid order cancellation, please pick up your order within 7 days of receiving your order completion email.
When will my order be ready?
Orders are typically ready for pick up within a few hours. If the order is placed close to your store's closing time, the order will be ready a few hours after the store opens the next business day. Please wait for your confirmation email to head to the store. If you have questions about when your order will be ready, please call the store directly.
Can someone else pick up my order?
If you would like someone else to pick up your order, please put their name as the pickup person when checking out. They must show a photo ID when picking up the order.
How do I return my buy online, pick up in store order?
Items purchased online at jdsports.com or the JD Sports mobile app can be returned in any JD Sports store or any Finish Line store in the U.S. or U.S. Territories or by mail to the JD Finish Line warehouse within 45 days of the original purchase.
Returned items may be exchanged when returned in-store. Items returned by mail may not be exchanged.
Items returned must satisfy the requirements of our Return Policy.

If I paid for my order with Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, how will I be refunded?
If you paid for your order via an alternate payment method like Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm, you will receive your refund to the original payment method used with Klarna, Afterpay, or Affirm. JD Sports will not issue the return funds to you directly.
Each of these methods has varying return policies. For questions or concerns, please contact the issuer of the alternate payment method directly.
Klarna
For Klarna returns, once you have returned the item in-store or initiated a return by mail, please notify Klarna directly in the Klarna app. Then, follow the return instructions provided by Klarna.
Afterpay
For Afterpay returns, once you have returned the item in-store or initiated a return by mail, Afterpay will automatically issue the refund to the card you utilized for your installment payments. Afterpay will email you directly when they receive notice that your return has been made. For more information, please view the Afterpay return policy.
Affirm
For Affirm returns, once you have returned the item in-store or initiated a return by mail, Affirm will automatically issue the refund to the card you utilized for your installment payments. For more information, please view the Affirm return policy.
