15-Day Risk-Free Trial Terms & Conditions
By participating in the 15-Day Risk-Free Trial Offer, Online Only (“Offer”), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.Eligibility. The Offer is available only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Limit one (1) trial purchase per transaction. Employees, affiliates, and agents of JD Sports are not eligible.
2.Participating Stores. The Offer applies only to the following participating stores:
a. South Coast Plaza
b. Del Amo Fashion Center
c. Third Street Promenade
d. Culver City Center
e. Los Cerritos
f. Hollywood Park
g. Roosevelt Field
h. Staten Island
i. Queens Center
j. W 125th St
k. East Fordham Road
l. Times Square
m. American Dream
3. Eligible Products. The Offer applies only to select Nike running styles. Eligible Styles, both men and women, include: Vomero Plus, Vomero 18, Pegasus Premium, and Pegasus 42. Products not designated as eligible are subject to JD Sports’ standard return policy.
4.Trial Period. The 15-day promotion period begins on June 28th, 2026 at 10:00am EST and will end on August 31, 2026 at 10:00 pm EST. The 15-day trial period begins on the date the product is purchased. Customers may use the product during the trial period to evaluate its suitability and performance.
5.Returns and Refunds. If you are not completely satisfied with the eligible product, you may return it within fifteen (15) calendar days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and processed.
6.Return Requirements. To initiate a return, customers must visit a participating store within the 15-day trial period. Proof of purchase may be required. Products that are intentionally damaged, altered, abused, or misused are not eligible for a refund. Returns are eligible for refund only and not eligible for exchange.
7.Exclusions. The Offer does not apply to any styles outside of the eligible list above; Clearance or final sale items; Gift cards; Products purchased through unauthorized resellers; Commercial, institutional, or bulk purchases.
8.Abuse Prevention. JD Sports reserves the right to deny refunds or terminate participation in the Offer if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a customer has engaged in fraudulent activity, excessive returns, or abuse of the Offer.
9.Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JD Sports’ liability arising from or related to this Offer shall not exceed the amount paid for the eligible product.
10.Modification or Termination. JD Sports reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer at any time without prior notice, provided such changes will not affect valid claims already submitted.
11.Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12.Sponsor. This promotion is administered by the Finish Line USA, Inc. d/b/a Finish Line and JD Sports 3308 N. Mitthoeffer Rd. Indianapolis, IN 46235. This promotion is executed in partnership with Nike.
